Created with a focus on durability, this edition of the adidas Matchbreak Shoes has a seamless-feel liner encased by brick coloured suede uppers with hairy suede overlays across the toe vamp, tongue and heel. On either side of the foot white leather side stripes have scalloped edges and bring signature branding to the low-cut design whilst matching the lace up fastening. Sitting on top of the tongue, which has been built with a breathable mesh lower half and a suede top section, the laces help to keep the foot in place for all day comfort and support. On the outer side of the heel gold metallic adidas trefoil branding sits within a rectangle and adds a luxe touch alongside a hairy suede panel on the back of the heel. A soft fabric lining runs throughout the inside of the shoe alongside the seamless-feel liner that provides outstanding comfort. For a high level of durability, molded foxing has been added in high abrasion zones which also helps to preserve the uppers throughout extensive wear and a detailed pattern runs across the tread for reliable traction.
Inspired by the archives and updated for modern day, the adidas Matchbreak Super Shoes are a new model for the year and have been labelled as the brands highest-quality vulcanised style to date. Carrying a distinctly adidas look with three stripe decoration and a printed trefoil logo, the design may look familiar but has been considered from the inside out with a seamless-feel liner surrounded by premium materials.
